These are some of the sounds that a fox might make, as assumed by Norwegian guy by the name of Ylvis through his song "The Fox". The first time I've heard of this song was when Karthigeyan played it on his laptop and sang it out lout. Seriously, before I knew the lyrics, I thought he was just using some bad language. Sorry about that. :P
They're just so adorable! |
Out of curiosity, I looked it up on Youtube, plugged in my earphones and got in my most comfortable position to listen to good music. Boy was I caught off guard when I the first verse goes
"Dog goes woof, cats go meow"
At that moment, I knew I signed up to listen to some stupid, annoying, ridiculous, catchy tunes that would waste 3 minutes of my life and get stuck in my head for days. And I couldn't be more right. I mean, is it such a big deal to know what the fox says? What about a koala? Or a kangaroo? Or a seahorse, perhaps? WHY FOX?
Okay, so I did a bit of research and found out that the fox screams. Well, not so much of a yell scream. More of a cross between the howl of a werewolf and a yelp of a newborn kitten. Makes it sound as if a really tough guy is choking on a chicken bone and is trying to cough it out. Okay, so maybe I'm not that good in explaining these stuff. To not be left astray, why don't you guys watch this Youtube video and make your own conclusion.
