This would be my first
ever post on recipes. Coz I love food. Especially desserts. But ever
since I entered a boarding school in the capital (not Capitol), I
rarely had the chance to make desserts any more. Haha. Used to make
cheese cakes, puddings, jellies and more cheese cakes a few years
back. (I'm mad about cheese)
Tiramisu. Very simple
really. So penguins, buckle up for a mouth-watering tour :D
Ingredients
- 200g whipped cream
- 250g cream cheese
- 30ml fresh milk
- 80g icing sugar (less sweet)
- 20pcs spongefinger (no, these are not Spongebob's)
- 1tbs coffee + 200ml warm H2O
- cocoa powder
- Beat the whipping cream until it becomes... creamy.. Be careful not to over beat. Some signs of over beating include cream getting watery and rough
- Beat the cream cheese until soft. Add milk and sugar. Beat some more until bater gets light
- Add the two creams together. Set aside.
- Mix the coffee solution. Dip the spongefinger in the solution on one side and place it in a container. Repeat until the bottom of the container is fully covered.
- Spread a portion of the cream on top and sieve the cocoa powder on top.
- Repeat steps 4 & 5 until your resources have finished. I made up to three stacks. Refrigerate

Aini, that looks delicious! I'm sure it tastes just as good as it looks :) Teringin nak buat tapi macam leceh. Dengan, mana nak dapat fingers tu? Aini, nanti ajar lah cara buat cheese cake. I fail when it comes to buat cheese cake but I love them cheese cakes. Ouh, especially oreo cheese cake T__T
ReplyDeleteAlhamdulillah.. Yg fingers tu aku beli kat kedai yg mmg jual bhn2 bakery kat Kuching nie. Yg nie x leceh sgt sbb x perlu guna heat pun.. Nampaknya kita kna tubuhkan kelab bakery kat quadp thn depan nie.. XD aku pun blm attempt Oreo cheese cake but I love it too. Haha
